TripZapak provides:

  • Travel booking services (flights, trains, buses)
  • Documentation services (licenses, PAN, passport, etc.)
  • Loan and insurance assistance
  • Customer support and consultation

Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices may change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider
  • Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations
  • Travel documents must be valid for the entire journey

Documentation Services

  • We assist with application preparation and submission
  • Approval is subject to government authority decisions
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary
  • All documents must be genuine and accurate
  • Service fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking/application
  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
  • Service charges are clearly communicated upfront
  • Refunds are processed as per individual service policies

Liability Limitations

TripZapak acts as an intermediary service provider. We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Government authority decisions on documentation
  • Third-party service provider policies or actions
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit genuine documents and details
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Check all booking details before confirmation
  • Arrive on time for appointments and travel
